In IT projects, misunderstandings often arise about costs, lead time or responsibilities. That is a shame, because it leads to delays, frustration and unnecessary costs. At SBA we approach that differently.

To keep our projects on the right track, we use our own project tool. In it we record every step of the project: from intake to delivery. Think of the people involved, the planned delivery dates, the status per task and the number of calculated hours. Everything clearly in one place.

As a customer you can get access to this platform. That way you can see at any moment what we are working on, what the current status is and how the budget is doing. You can easily ask questions, leave comments and view the hours we have worked. No surprises afterwards, but full transparency throughout the entire project.

Project phases

Once the start phase has made clear what the end result should look like, the build phase begins. At that moment a joint action list is created and recurring meetings are scheduled to monitor progress. In this phase, applications, e-mail, data and the network are set up, among other things. As soon as the first results from the build phase become available, the test phase starts.

During the test phase your organisation assesses whether the (partial) result meets expectations. Based on that assessment we continue building and delivering. Where possible, the build and test phases can run in parallel.
