IT Lead Engineer

Structure and insight are essential for you. As our new IT Lead Engineer, you’ll feel right at home in an environment where you’ll work extensively with (virtual) servers, telephone exchanges (3CX), and the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem. For our diverse clients, you’ll work with the team to ensure everything runs as it should, and preferably even better.
Does this sound like music to your ears?
You’ll work closely with a team of (DevOps) engineers and be jointly responsible for the continuity, performance, and security of our clients’ IT solutions. Your primary focus will be analyzing IT challenges and developing future-proof solutions. You will be given a lot of freedom and responsibility.
Managing (virtual) servers, telephony environments (3CX), and the Microsoft (365) ecosystem is familiar territory for you. You also understand the importance of adhering to the SLA agreements we set for our customers. You also actively contribute to technical strategies and are the point of contact for complex issues within the organization.
Are you our ‘Match made in heaven’?
- At least a completed higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business IT & Management, or Computer Science, supplemented with IT specializations.
- You have decisiveness and are strong in making decisions.
- You know how to distinguish between main and secondary issues and you know how to set the right priorities.
- Demonstrable experience with modern cloud infrastructures, servers and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
- Demonstrable experience with modern VoIP solutions and their configuration.
- Extensive knowledge and certifications regarding the telephony solution: 3CX is a plus.
- Good command of Dutch & English language (spoken and written)

- Salary depending on experience between 4500 – 5700 euros
