You’re able to efficiently resolve issues and advise clients on the right solution to prevent future problems. You effortlessly switch between IT and client language, understanding both technical and business needs and translating them into concrete solutions.

As a Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and proactively maintaining customers’ IT environments. Your attention to detail and structured approach contribute to the success of both our team and our customers! In short, you’re the link that ensures our customers not only receive support but also grow thanks to your advice and support.

- Proactively monitoring customer environments is second nature to you. You are able to identify problems early and propose solutions before they impact the customer.
- You help our customers with their daily work.
- You actively advise our customers in the field of hardware and software.
- Converting an issue into a customer-oriented solution is not an unfamiliar task for you.
- You act as a bridge between technology and daily implementation to ensure that projects run smoothly and our customers’ wishes are accurately realised.
Are you our ‘Match made in heaven’?
- You have completed at least an MBO4 education in the field of ICT
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- You are proactive, driven, service-oriented and accurate.
- You have a customer-oriented attitude and know how to advise customers on technical matters.
