As an IT Project Manager with us, you play a dual role. On the one hand, you are the driving force behind planning and coordinating IT projects. You translate customer requirements into concrete actions, set up sprints and ensure that deadlines are met. On the other hand, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help with support if this is required during a project. Whether it concerns a problem with a workplace or a question about one of our applications, you know how to switch quickly and offer suitable solutions. With your communication skills, you know how to bridge the gap between our engineers, developers and customers, so that everyone understands what is going on and what the next steps are.

- You coordinate IT projects from A to Z, including drawing up schedules and monitoring progress.
- You act as the first point of contact for ongoing projects and provide support where necessary.
- You analyze and document customer needs and translate these into clear technical solutions.
- You monitor the quality and time of deliveries and ensure that everyone in the team knows what needs to be done.
- You advise customers on hardware and software solutions and help them make future-proof choices.
Are you our ‘Match made in heaven’?
- An HBO working and thinking level, preferably in an IT-related direction
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Good knowledge of networks, Windows (Server) and Microsoft 365.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, including project management and technical support.
- You are described as proactive, driven, service-oriented and accurate.
